Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WhatknotAI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Service Description

WhatknotAI provides a WhatsApp Business API platform that enables businesses to:

Send bulk broadcast messages via WhatsApp
Automate customer support with AI chatbots
Manage team inbox for collaborative support with unlimited team members
Integrate with CRM and business tools
Create WhatsApp Flows and interactive forms
Access official WhatsApp Cloud API

0% Commission: We do not charge any commission or markup on WhatsApp messages. Meta's official conversation charges are passed through to you at cost. WhatknotAI acts only as a pass-through billing agent for Meta charges.

Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update any changes to your information
Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not use another person's account without permission or create multiple accounts to evade restrictions.

Unlimited Team Members: Your subscription allows unlimited team members within your workspace at no extra cost. As the account owner, you are responsible for all activity of team members you invite, and for removing access for departed members.

WhatsApp API Compliance

As a Meta Business Partner, WhatknotAI users must comply with:

WhatsApp Business Policy: All messages must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy
Meta Terms: Users must adhere to Meta's Terms of Service and Platform Policies
Opt-in Requirements: You must obtain explicit user consent before messaging
Message Templates: Marketing messages require pre-approved templates
24-Hour Window: Respect the customer service messaging window
Quality Rating: Maintain good message quality ratings to avoid restrictions

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use WhatknotAI services to:

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages without consent
Promote illegal products, services, or activities
Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Harass, abuse, or threaten individuals
Scrape or harvest user data without permission
Bypass or circumvent platform restrictions
Resell services without authorization

Subscription and Payments

Pricing

WhatknotAI offers a single all-inclusive plan at ₹14,999 per year (approximately ₹1,250 per month, billed annually). This plan includes unlimited team members and full access to all platform features. WhatsApp API conversation charges are billed separately at Meta's official rates with 0% commission and 0% markup.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed annually in advance
WhatsApp conversation charges are billed separately based on actual usage
All fees are quoted in INR unless otherwise stated
Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing customers; changes take effect at your next renewal
You are responsible for all taxes applicable in your jurisdiction

No Free Trial

WhatknotAI does not offer a free trial. Access to the platform begins immediately upon subscription. However, we provide a 7-day cancellation & refund window from the date of first payment, as described below.

7-Day Cancellation & Refund

New subscribers may cancel within 7 days of their first payment and receive a full refund of the subscription fee. After the 7-day window:

Subscription fees are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing period
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your annual billing period
WhatsApp API usage charges billed by Meta are non-refundable once a conversation is initiated
No cancellation or account closure fees apply

0% Commission on WhatsApp Messages

We never charge a commission or markup on WhatsApp messages. Meta's official conversation charges are passed through to you at cost. This means you pay exactly what Meta charges — nothing more.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms of Service
You breach WhatsApp or Meta policies
Your account shows fraudulent activity
Payment methods fail or accounts are past due
Required by law or legal authorities

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel within the 7-day window, you are entitled to a full refund of the subscription fee.

Intellectual Property Rights

The WhatknotAI platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by WhatknotAI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your content and data. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

WhatknotAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the past 12 months
We are not responsible for WhatsApp API downtime or Meta policy changes
We are not liable for message delivery failures caused by Meta, network issues, or user error
You are responsible for backing up your data

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WhatknotAI harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Changes will not affect refund requests submitted before the change.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
