Billing, Refunds & Our No-Trial Model

• No Free Trial: WhatknotAI does not offer a free trial. Access to the platform begins immediately upon subscription.
• 7-Day Cancellation & Refund: Every new subscription includes a 7-day cancellation & refund window from the date of first payment. You may cancel within 7 days for a full refund of the subscription fee.
• 0% Commission on WhatsApp Messages: We never charge a commission or markup on WhatsApp messages. Meta's official conversation charges are passed through to you at cost.
• Meta Charges Are Non-Refundable: WhatsApp API usage charges billed by Meta are non-refundable once a conversation is initiated, as explained in our Refund Policy.
• Payment Data: We do not store full card details. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers.
